The organising team will welcome you on Thursday 26st April, from 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. at

On Welcome Party, you can :
confirm your arrival,
collect your welcome pack,
check the schedule of your first match,
meet the people in charge of your hosted accommodation (if you have requested it),
meet the other players over a drink ,
have all your questions about the tournament answered by a member of the organising team.
On the menu of the Yono bar, you will also find a wide range of tapas just waiting to be tried.
Please note that mobile phones hardly work in Yono : we will, however, be sure to check our messages regularly.
Party Night on Saturday
The PITT Party Night will take place on xxx 2013 at the tournament venue beginning at 9 p.m. with :
a three-course dinner.
the latest PITT Show.
finally, a night of wild dancing.

At 2 a.m., a shuttle will be laid on to take the remaining partygoers to the centre of Paris to party the night away or catch the night bus home in centre of Paris (Châtelet).
